Could you please help to correct my grammar, thanks
Cargo inspected yesterday, but the result was pending due to some points need to clarify. We would like to explain these to you, as details : -
1) Your QC Amy found that there have 1000pcs were stocked outside of the factory. It is because the excessive stock at the factory, which will affect their production. Therefore, they rented a nearest to stock the finished goods. But, these cargoes were moved back to the factory during Amy's inspection. 2) Those cargoes were the outstanding shipment for September, and produced on August. Therefore, the serial number shown on the products were August. 3) You agreed to accepted this carton mark (P/O number 1234) on last week. Please help to release the above points for us today to arrange shipment closing tomorrow.
