Could you please help me with these 5 sentences?
Could you please help me correct these 5 sentences please?
1 I hate having to scour the pages of newspaper/flip/go through the pages of the newspaper to find the middle of the newspaper. I try to turn to the middle my fist try.
2 When I set the buffet, it means I'm almost done with work. That's my last task of the day.
3 That sound like a name you'd give a dog. (is this natural?)
4 I hate lights that flicker when you turn them on.
5 What does he do that I don't that you like so much?
It doesn't say on your contract that you can't do X just like it doesn't say that you can't do Y. (can you use “just like” like that?)

( go through sounds like going through the contents of the paper, scour is too intense of the verb for describing the action of finding the the middle of the newspaper, flip is the best)
