Could you please help me with the grammar?

Could you please help me with correcting these sentences?

- Just (by) looking at his shoes, you'd think he was a girl.

- I don't understand people whose eyes brows are a different color from their hair./who have different colored eyes brows from their hair.

- The food in not cooked enough/not cooked well/not cooked well enough.

- Once he started the car, I would put the music on.

- Each bus takes/go a different route. This bus isn't going to take us where we need to go.(how would you naturally say this?)

- I don't like all sort of chocolate, just some sorts.

- The district changes from block to block. On one side of the street its X district on the other it's Y.

- I make 100 dollars (on/off) tips.

- Turn the key in the opposite direction (that) you normally would.

Just (by) looking at his shoes, you'd think he was a girl. (i wouldn't use just by) If you only look at his shoes, you'd think he was a girl. /who have different colored eyes brows from their hair.
