Could you please help me understanding the difference between "Disjuncts", "Conjuncts", "Subjuncts", and "Adjuncts"

Dear teachers,

Could you please explain briefly to me the difference between Disjuncts, Conjuncts, Subjuncts, and Adjuncts.

I've read about this on different grammar pages hoping to understand the difference between them, but I don't seem to understand the difference between them clearly. What's the syntactic and semantic difference between them?

Thank you.

Hello dear teachers,

I've been trying my best to learn and understand the difference between these three terms: Adjuncts, Conjuncts, and Disjuncts. But It seems to me that I'm still unable to distinguish them from one another. How can I get rid of these things? One thing that I'm sure is true of them is that they all are optional elements
