Could you please help me to correct my sentences

With due respect, this is to inform you that it is great pleasure of mine that my daughter Helen is student of IX at your prestigious institute but unfortunately, according to my work requirement that I have to shift from this city.
It will no longer be appropriate or convenient for my child to study here.
Therefore, I am writing to request a school leaving certificate for my daughter so that, she can continue her education in her new school.
I shall be obliged to you if you will issue my daughter school leaving certificate with the promotion next grade.
