Could you please help me to correct grammar and improve the paragraph?

0I would like to do a topic called Electronic Medical Record (EMR). In this I want to discuss about selecting right EMR with right features and functionality. I mean the EMR that works well with one medical practice may not necessarily work with the other practices. Another point I want to discuss is benefits and challenges of carrying out EMR.
