could you please help me to check my motivation letter
Dear Sir or Madam:
I’m XXX, graduated from which is top university in . My major was Electrical Engineering and Automation. I study master degree in Control Theory and Engineering in . I took part in ParisTech's program, and I applied for The Master of Science in mobile communications in ENST.
During the last 4 years, I studied Electrical Engineering and Automation. There many subjects about programming, communications and network I had studied: C, C++, Visual Basic Programming, Signal & System, Computer Network etc.
Communications and computer interest me. I had read many books about them, such as Principle of Communication, Moving Communication and so on.
Mathematics is my strong suit. It is very useful for my major. This year, in the National Entrance Examination for Master Degree, my score of mathematics is 115, which is the highest of my classmates’.
I took part time job in many companies: Hangzhou Yoko Ltd. Biche de Bere, and gave a good impression to them. Especially I worked in Biche de Bere, not only I made the database well, but also I setup the local network for them, it grate improved their work efficiency.
Moreover, I am team spirited, effective communication, leadership skills, organizing and so on. In many team works or groups, I could lead the team well, and fight for the goal. Now, I am the monitor of the class. I am honest, responsible, and careful. Many teachers, such as Liu Qiang, who is professor of , and Management, had praised me for that. I‘m open-minded, optimistic and funny. I always bring happiness to my friends.
Take the MSc program in Mobile Communications is my aim. In the future, the mobile communications industry will great develop, and the 3rd Generation will great change our life. That’s why I want to study it.
My basic course is as same as the students’ who major in communications, e.g. Advanced Mathematics, Circuit Theory, Analog & Digital Electronic Technique, Signal & System, Theory of Electromagnetic Field, etc. For the specialty subject, I also learned much about communications such as Principle of Communication, Computer Communication Network by myself. And my knowledge in electrical engineering is a plus for me to study the mobile communications. Besides, I also have the knowledge of WLAN, GSM, and Blueteeth. Nowadays, I not only study French, but also take much time to learn the professional knowledge of mobile communications and correlative courses, for example the Digital Signal Process.
In my MSc program, I will pay attention to WCDMA, and make it to be my research aspect. During the program, I will try my best to study the knowledge of mobile communications, and combine the theory with the practices.
ENST is one of ’s leading graduate engineering schools and is considered the leading school in the field of Information Technologies. It is a famous school with long history background. It is the member of ParisTech, which is a group of ten foremost French institutes of engineering. It is also the member of GET. It is honor to be a student in ENST.
The Master of Science in mobile communications is new degree in ENST in 2005. There are only few university in has that major. So far as I know, ENST is the leader in this field. Another advantage is the school in Sophia-Antipolis, where is considered as a major European region for telecommunications research and development. During my Master of Science, I will benefit form the expertise of renowned industrial partners as well as the use of cutting edge technological platforms within Eurecom’s Wireless Communication laboratory. That leads me to learn the knowledge and start my career on Science in mobile communications in ENST.
After I finished the course, I will take the 6 months internship in international company. It is another aspect of the program attracted me. I will have oversea working experience, which will help me find a good job.Most of students who graduate in ENST could find their first job in 4 months. And mobile communications is a growing industry, there are short of specific engineer. I am so confident about the University and my career in the future.
