Could you please help me on this ?

I just would like to inform my client that the vessel on which his products were shipped will leave the port late. So i sent him below email

Is this email grammatically correct and natural ?

Thank you in advance

-------------------

"The vessel loaded in 7th week was supposed to leave the port of Izmir on February 22nd. However, it will now leave the port on February 27th . Due to the bad weather conditions at Piraeus and Thesselonike ports, the vessel could not dock at ports and could not leave the ports on time. Some operational problems were experienced because of the bad weather conditions, said operational manager of XXX COMPANY

In spite of our stable, regular vessel schedules , some delays might occur because of some “force majeure” reasons (bad weather conditions, strike, war, traffic intensity at ports, changes on vessels and rerouting, transshipment etc) added the operational manager of XXX COMPANY

The vessel loaded this week seems to leave the port of Izmir on February 29th and it seems there will be no delay for the vessels of next week, reported by the operational manager XXX COMPANY

From now on, we will definitely inform you about the vessels’ schedules on every Friday with Mr. XXX who is one of my colleagues.

Respectfully submitted to your information ”

No, there weren't any glaring errors, but you wanted something that read as if a native speaker had written it (natural).
