Thank you very much for your reply. But if i would like to let him/her know that my export coordinator is not able to reply her emails because she is kind of busy. what should i say ?

It is not an acceptable business situation. I would say nothing and let her answer her own emails as soon as possible. Why are you reading her emails, anyway?

Actually , I am not reading her emails. But , i am always on CC while the sender send his/her email(s) to her. And my export coordinator would like me to reply to these kind of emails on behalf of her with an excuse .

Then I suppose you should handle it like a phone call:

I'm sorry, but Ms X is unable to respond to your email immediately. She will return your mail as soon as possible.

Thank you very much for your help.

The sender send his/her emails to Ms. X and i am on the CC. The sender would like to learn something about our products and actually only i know how to answer this question . that's why Ms. X would like me to handle this situation , she would like me to reply to this email. (She will never return to his/her email

You are unduly complicating the issue and sowing doubt about your company's professionalism. Just begin with this:

"Ms X has asked me to respond to your inquiry/email. ..."

Note that 'Ms' does not take a period.
