could you please help me on these ?

**XXX Company was awarded for the second time in a row for being the third biggest exporter in climatization sector in 2015

**China Ministry of Development & Housing and metal radiator associate were decided that “Golden Panel Radiator Manufacturer” prize was to be awarded to XXX factory for its high quality products during the press conference on may 14th 2014 at ISH BEIJING EXHIBITION

Are those above sentences right ?
