It is bring to our attention that our project manpower and direct workers at ABC’s project site are currently working 12 hours with extra time of six (6) hours on constantly daily basis.
We wish to highlight that all hours of work are governed by section 18A and we are compliance with the health and safety law to maintain a stable and safe working environment that limits any risk to employees.
Due to that and compliant with the health and safety law, we would suggest that ABC amend and minimize the extra working hours from 6 hours to 3 hours as when required. This is to maintain the health and safety of employees and to limits, any risk to employees.
Alternatively, and due to operational reasons, we may provide additional manpower to meet the works completion requirement.
