Could you please help me on my IELTS writing task 1

Hello, I have studied IELTS for quite a long time, but I still worry about my writing skill. Can you help me to check my writing and give me some advices. If possible, can you give me a score for this answer. Thank you!

Here is my answer:

"The pie chart illustrates the primary reasons for the worlwide farmland degradation. The animal grazing causes the most global degradation accounting for 35%, followed by the deforestation and over-cultivation with the figure of 30% and 28% respectively. Other causes contribute to the remaining 7%.

The table shows the percentage of land degradation by deforestation, over-cultivation and over-grazing in different regions in 1990s. It is clear that Europe witnessed the most land degraded with 23% while these figures of Oceania and North America were 13% and 5% in turn. 17.5% of degradation was caused by the tree clearance (9.8%) and over-cultivation (7.7%) in Europe while in Oceania, these were around 1.7%. On the other hand, the animal grazing caused 11.3% of degradation in Oceania, compared to 5.5% in Europe and 1.5% in North America. The least significant figures were recorded in North America at around 2% averagely each cause."
