Hello everyone, I am Minh, from Vietnam. This is an essay about my feeling of an interview with Mr.A, company B. Could you please help me make this essay better (about grammar, the way expressing idea, etc,...) . All comments will be very helpful for me. Thank you very much. Here is the essay:

This afternoon I have had an interview with Mr.A, Manager of company B. This is the first time I have experienced such a very interesting interview. It is not an ordinary interview but an open talk between an expert and a junior in market research. I have got opportunities to be offered not only a job but also lots of remarkable advice for my brighter career path. Truthfully, the two elements impressing me most are the way Mr.A delivers the flow of questions, as well as the way he gives advice to me.

Firstly, it is about the flow of questions.

Each question delivered naturally and orderly makes me feel more comfortable and confident to reply. It seems that all questions are not on the purpose of finding an employee but understanding me as a junior in market research field. This makes the interview very special to me because it is not merely an interview. It is definitely a familiar talk where I feel pleasant and willing to share my personal information honestly.

In addition, there is a certain connection between all questions in order to fulfill a whole story about me, and I can feel the sincere connection with the interviewer as well. It is not purely questions and answers like as many normal interviews between Human Resource officers and candidates. Moreover it appears that only a professional moderator can have ability to get all these done. I also hope I become just like this senior some day in near future.

Secondly, it is the attentive and considerate advice.

As mentioned above, this talk is more than a chance for me to get a job, it is a valuable chance to get really hospitable feedback from an expert in market research as well. It is said that negative and positive feedback are both important to make progress. Therefore from this talk, I respect all comments about my obstinate attitude, my limited knowledge and skills. These comments are so precious for my advance and progress on my career path. I personally think that it will be very joyful to have more time talking with Mr.A, then I can get more coaching from him.

Generally during the talk and also until now, I have a good feeling of the company and want to be part of this team. I hope to work for your company in near future so that I can learn more and have opportunities to make considerable contribution to the great development of the company. I’d also like to express my gratitude to Mr.A for offering me this special talk. Thank you very much!
