I try to write an official letter that cornfirm my status and send to the embassy in order to get visa for my family. But I don't know how to write it Could you please advise me.

Write out your basic information in a letter as well as you can, then post it here and we will help you tidy it up for the embassy. I don't know what your situation is but I imagine you simply need to state your legal nationality, any visas etc that you have and why your family is entitled to a visa.
