Could you please help me correct these sentences please?

1 You accustomed me to your attentiveness and now for you to go 360 and stop being considerate and attentive is hard for me.

2 He's very disrespectful toward me.

3 I'm not the person for you. I don't want to change the person you are. People can't change who you are as that person will resurface eventually and I'll love you less and less. You need to find someone that suits you. We're not meant to be together.

4 I find excuses in/for everything. You asked me why you were here if you didn't love me. I'll tell you why.

5 There are times when you're better off knowing what to say/should know what to say because that might have saved your mariage.

6 As the weeks went by, it became harder to work with them./The more the weeks past, the harder it became for me to work with them.
7 I can't stand think about the possibility of losing you.

Thank you

The first sentence is interesting, because it is grammatically fine but mathematically off. In English, we would say that someone has made a 180 degree turnabout, meaning that they had turned to the opposite. If you turn through 360 degrees, you have gone 'full circle' and are back where you started.

  • I think that what you are trying to say might be better expressed as follows, You accustomed me to your attentiveness, so now, for you to do an about turn and stop being considerate and attentive is hard for me.
