Could you please help correct these 4 sentences?

How would you naturally say these 4 sentences please?

1 He still doesn't know which side of the elevator to get out/off. (2 door elevator)

2 How hot do you want the washing machine set at?

3 On/In your reservation, it say that breakfast is complimentary for you.

4 I don't think she has that/so little friends that she would open up to a stranger.

I don't understand, you filled in the blank with "on"

You are supposed to get off the train on the left side.

But when asking the question you used "from" and not "on"

- What side of the train are you supposed to get off from?-- OK WHY ISN'T IT - What side of the train are you supposed to g

Only because 'off on' is quite ridiculous. You can use it if you wish; many do.
'At' is mandatory for the washer setting.
'On the screen' does not change my opinion of 'in'/'on' interchangeability.
