Could you please explain this to me?

Hey,

I'm sorry about my bad English, but I hope that you can give me a short explanation for this question:

For example: I would do that if I had... But why there's sometimes "have" instead of "had" I guess that "had" is the only correct way? But is it the only correct word in case I'll use "could" or "should" instead of "would" ?

And can I use "would" more than once in a same sentence?

This is a structure called the "subjunctive mood". Subjunctive indicates something that is not true (if I had...), but what if? Then I would....
