Could you please evaluate this email and answer some short questions?

Dear Users!

Could I ask you to have a look at the following email and give me a score from 1-10? If you feel there's something that sounds odd and non-native like, could you please let me know?

If someone had enough time to answer the questions that I've written below the e-mail, I'd be most obliged.

Dear Adam,

Thank you very much for such a quick and informative reply. Unfortunately, I have been offline for the past few days due to some health issues and I am going through new mail right now.

I would gladly apply for PGCEi and I would be very much interested in taking it this year (provided that someone resigned and a slot would open up) but there are two issues that might be hard to get around.

One - on your website it says that non-native speakers of English must provide IELTS test results. I am afraid it might be too late for that now.

Two - I am not sure if the required personal statement, which is part of the application, can be sent in the next few days or if it has to be sent today.

I realize that it is already the 21st of July, but if I could still send my application and be on the waiting list, that would be wonderful.

Hope to hear from you at your convenience.

Thank you Alphecca Stars. I appreciate your corrections. Would you be able to tell if that letter was written by a non-native speaker? How many points out of ten would you give me?

Is it incorrect to say at your convenience ? Do I have to add earliest ?
