Could you please correct the statements if they are incorrect?

#1. They are teachers.
#2. Our committee has 7 members.
#3. It can be measured in two ways.
#4. There are not only word meanings but also phrases in this dictionary.
#5. I don't know actually what was happened.
#6. I am suffering from fiver.
#7. How do you think, I would/will help you?(If both are correct, please explain me)
#8. This sentence is to make complete sense.(What does it mean?)

You are exactly right. An intransitive verb has no object, and so it can't be used in the passive voice form.
