Could you please correct the sentences?
Topic: The purpose of the visit was to get the status of our payment which has been pending for a long time.
Outcome: Mr. John, who heads the purchasing department gave me an NEFT details on 31st of March. I informed him that It will take maximum of two days to get the money credited into the bank by NEFT payment mode. But we have not yet received the payment till 6th April. He said that there was a server problem and the payment will be credited on or before 15th of April.
