Could you please correct the sentences?
Topic: The purpose of the visit was to attend the quality issue on our products.
Outcome: I informed the customer that the head diameter of our product is 10.1mm minimum and 10.9mm maximum. But the customer doesn't accept it and said that the tolerance cannot be 0.8mm (10.9-10.1). It should be minimum 10.7mm. Then only our product head sit on their component surface. Otherwise It will fall down. They asked me to retrive the entire quantity supplied last month and replace them immediately.
