Could you please correct the grammar and teach me where I have done mistakes?

I have visited their workshop and saw the installation process of our product we have been supplying.
I found there was no issues in the installation process.
They have done the segregation with the available quantity of 17000 pieces we supplied and 2 pieces were found defective.
They hand the defected products over to me. The defected products have to be sent to the headquarters for their analysis.
They asked me to inspect each and every pieces before we dispatch them.
We will have to do marking on the products we inspect.
