Could you please correct the grammar?


We supplied M20 and M16 Pneumatic helicoil tool last month to Johnson Exports.

We had visited Johnson Exports on 25th January to show them as how to operate the tool. However, we couldn't succeed the training as the helicoils they use were not standard. As per the standard, M20 helicoil should have 6.3 coils. But we had observed 9.3 coils and the helicoils were compressed (no gap between pitches). As a result, our tool couldn't drive the helicoil and it was stuck inside the tool. Same issue with M16X1d helicoils as well. It should have 6.5 coils. whereas we had observed 10.5 coils.

It was decided that we conduct the trail with our helicoils to prove them there is no problem with the tool that we supplied.

We have visited today with our M20 helicoils and have found that our helicoils work perfectly with our tool. Although we didn't insert the helicoil into their components due to shortage, the tool drives the helicoil perfectly. We again tried with their helicoils and it stuck inside the tool.
