Could you please correct sentences?

For the last three weeks, I have not worked out at all, although I had planty of time. I had a urge to go jogging on a track. I went to the track in a school nearby. However, the ground turned out to be sloppy and muddy. After runing only one lap around the ground, I gave up running because my shoes got smeared. I might as well have stretched my neck and shoulder because I has knotted shoulder. I pull my shoulder back and rotated it. While strenching my body, I was quite a bit jolted to see a car knocking into the other car from behind. If the car had not beend speedy, the accident would not have occured.

I might as well have stretched my neck and shoulder because I had a knotted shoulder.
--> I had nothing to do. Therefore, I decided to do something else, since i was out. I ended up deciding stretching my neck and shoulder because i had a knotted shoulder.

Is a sloppy mud wrong?
What's the difference 'smeared' and 'soiled'?
I thought 'to get smeared' means 'to get dirty

OK, I understand; this is what you mean:

I thought that I might as well stretch my neck and shoulder because I had a knotted shoulder.

Is a sloppy mud wrong?-- Yes. 'Sloppy' refers to behavior: He is a sloppy kisser.
What's the difference 'smeared' and 'soiled'?-- A smear is a light, liquid coating: the mud in your essay would be too thick
