He was so flustered, floundering around at his workplace today. He ended up spacing one important thing to do. I know he would be so careless for the past a few weeks. However, he should not have missed the allocated job. The project was completely botched totally up by him. It went back to square one. I felt blindsided, zoning out for a short moment and thinking of my boss who would form at the mouth over the failure. After waking up, I pulled myself together and started facing the fact. I took a deep breath to keep my cool. I said to my colleauge that we need to improvise the missing part. However, he snorted at my suggestion. I think he is unfit for an engineer. He was trying to sit back and take a free ride. I had to wrack my brains to pull the job off.
