Dear sir,

Could you please correct my English below?

"Dear Colleagues,

Here is the CSI Volunteer recruiting programme starting for the period of xx March 2010 to xxApril 2010.

In case, when I’m out of office, you can find the CSI application forms in the drawer B if anyone ask you for it.

I would be appreciate if you could put the completed forms in the yellow envelope which I’ve put in the drawer B."
