Reasons for going to college.
After graduating from high school, college or university is the choice of most students. They go to college for many reasons; for instant, new experience, increase knowledge and career preparation.
First, gaining experience can be a reason for people going to college. Normally, most students prefer studying in a college located in another city or in a foreign country. Therefore, they can stay away from ome and start a new independent life. Living in a new place, making new friends, working a partime job, achieving knowledge at the college are many experiences which you can gain joyfully when begin a college student life.
Second, increasing knowledge is the important reason of college students. They will learn how to study together, to work together, they will reach the new level of point of view. They also have to do many researchs, reports, assignments and tests required to graduate. Their knowledge can be gained not only from studying, but also by learning through friends and by helps of professors. Thus college students’ knowledge will be increased through the college time they spent.
Finally, choosing college will help students prepare their future career so much better. There are a lot of falcuties and subjects which are suit and useful for their career. They will be trained professionally by studying curriculum and courses offered by the school with helps from the professors there. They can practice and research what they have learnt at the modern library or laboratory of the college. Afer graduating, the college may introduce students to companies for internship.
In conclusion, there are many reasons for people going to college. And above all, going to college is the very important step for you to your new life as an independent young adult.
