My mother’s religious piety, even her self-critique, seemed sincere and she soon started to receive the rewards of it. Of course, I was with her all the time and this was the surest way as long as I saw the truth in her and be witnessed to her unusual state. An atmosphere of piety and a spiritual fervour permeated our house, as she never convey anger, but deepened communal solidarity. Her devotion and fervor truly dependent the purity of her heart.
