Hello everybody, I kindly ask you to read the following text, that I translated from Italian, to check if it is ok for an english native speaker:

"The testament can oblige certain successors to close a specific agreement. By the way, as it happens in any other case where an obligation to contract has been established, the parties could be deprived of their freedom to determine the content of the agreement and even to choose the counterpart, both settled by the testator. Nevertheless, a deeper examination shows that the testament doesn’t impose itself on the parties, but enters into their private spheres of rights as a result of their own will and, specifically, by mean of the acceptance of the inheritance or legacy. This study wants to explore certain aspects of interference between testament and contract, considering the first one as possible source of the second".
