"The contours of speed of the fluid inside of the chamber are shown in figure 3. According to the relatively low mass flow for the gas, the pace of movement of fluid inside the chamber is likely slow and consistent. (Fig.4) The flow of gas molecules encounters the maximum resistance with the first wafer. Consequently, from the inlet to the first wafer, the flow of gas is slackened, but after twisting in a new path, it is observed that the fluid speed increases in the space between the wafers and the tube wall. The velocity vectors near the first wafers are shown in figure 4."

The contours of the speed of the fluid inside the chamber are shown in Figure 3. Consistent with the relatively low mass flow for the gas, the movement of fluid inside the chamber is slow and regular (Fig.4). The flow of gas molecules encounters the maximum resistance with the first wafer. Consequently, from the inlet to the first wafer, the flow of gas

Thank you. Emotion: smile You were very kind.
I want to illustrate the movement of gas flows. It's movement is like smoke, twisting arbitrary.

Perhaps this, then:

Consequently, from the inlet to the first wafer, the flow of gas slackens, but after flowing irregularly, the fluid speed increases in the space between the wafers and the tube wall.

I'm thinking we want the word "turbulent" in there. Maybe "Consequently, from the inlet to the first wafer, the flow of gas slackens, but after turbulent flow at the first wafer, the fluid speed increases in the space between the wafers and the tube wall.
