Look Before You Leap



This proverb is mainly about being careful and is of much importance in our lives,especially in today's world.One should think of possible consequences before attempting to do something.A work,done without considering its outcome,will most probably fail.But thinking beforehand needs skill,so it's easier said than done.You may think that you have thought about everything;but a little detail that you ignored,could ruin the work and you may have to start all over again.For instance,when the workers of a factory forget(which is pretty much feasible) to put a small and-apparently-insignificant component in an electronic device,the device may not work.Even though the device could be reproduced,all the effort that went into it will have been in vain and a great deal of time will have been spent for nothing.However,there are things that could never be returned,like the life of a human.When you take alcohol and start driving,for example,you don't take some things into consideration,which includes your and others' life.In such cases,it is usually too late to be sorry.Then,we should try to take every possible result into account and act accordingly so as not to be sad in the end.Then,we should look before we leap,since the place that we are going to land on might be a cliff!

Although this is going to be orally presented,I would like you to tell me the mistakes in the sentences.What do you think about its coherency?And one last thing,what would you reccomend me to do while speaking?I mean how my posture should be,where should I look at etc.(I am going to present this in a classroom,two days later.)Thanks in advance.
