Could you please check my sentence below, thanks.
As we have been highlighted by HR that the management has raised their concern on our frequent trip to ABC Company, we therefore seek your help to collect the following documents.
The document must be collected from the 27th Floor. Before you collect, we also need your help with the following arrangements:
1. Please pass an envelope containing supporting documents to Lily for her verification.
2. Please collect invoice no 430 and pass to Austin for his signature. I will call him first to provide details information. Please wait until he sign and return to you. Once he has signed please pass the signed verification invoice to Lily for her process.
3. We also have 2 envelopes for finance dept. Please send to the receptionist located on 27th Floor.
4. Please pass two documents for Mike to sign/approve. Once he has signed please collect from her secretary.
