Could you please check my sentence?

Hi!

Could you please check my sentence?

Any suggestions are welcome.

"He did not discriminate nor did he recognize any difference between himself and a stranger, but he considered everyone as equal and behaved in the same way towards all."

Thanks in advance.

I would put a comma before "nor". The only other small comment I would make is that not recognising any difference between himself and a stranger is a slightly different idea from the one expressed in the rest of the sentence. This doesn't mean it's wrong though.
