Could you please check my office English

Dear all!

I need to transfer some of my responsibilities to my colleagues as i'll be on maternity leave. So my line manager asks me to email "hand over note" to him and colleagues.

Here is my letter below. I would be very grateful if you could check my English.

Dear colleagues,

My maternity leave begins **April 09 to ***09 (14 weeks) so I would like to transfer some of my responsiblities to my colleagues as below.

enewsletter subcribing - Andrew
Overdue reminder - Susan

Thanks to Andrew and Susan for helping me.

I think it is too short. Could you please give me some idea if you have better one.

sorry Saltukhan. Not like that. I mean I would like to say thanks them who correct my English.....Actually i want to thank them more than that as they help me when i really need. but it is my office hour and my manager doesn't like using internet in personal during office hour....
