Dear Ambassador,
Please kindly be informed that Mr. Ali who is the chairman of the board of Alaatin A.S which is located in Turkey – Istanbul city exporting steel panel radiators to over 40 countries in the World including the UK has applied for an entry clearance to visit the United Kingdom as a business visitor however he has been refused a visa for the UK for the third time. Whereas , a person who is working at the same company and who has applied at the same time got her entry clearance to visit the United Kingdom.
Mr. Ali applied as a business visitor for the first time in 2011 which was subsequently refused for inadequate documents. He applied as a business visitor for the second time in 2013 which was subsequently refused for not stating on his application form that he had been refused a visa for the UK. These application forms had been prepared by an agency. He applied as a business visitor again in 2015 which was refused for using deception by omitting information relevant to his application in 2013 . Mr. Ali was also informed that any future applications will also be automatically refused for the same reason. However , the person who is working at Alaattin A.S got her visa for 2 years with no hesitation. It is clearly an inexplicable situation that the owner of such a big company could not get a visa wheras the person who is working at his company could get it for 2 years. It is too hard to explain this situation to the customers in the UK, either. It could not be understood what kind of discrepancy had been found for refusing him entry clearance. Mr. Ali is the owner and the chairman of the board for a company which has 20.000.000 USD Export capacity and 45 million USD turnover.
Please kindly see attached letter of refusal. We would like this issue to be evaluated once again
