Car plunging into water is perilous, and they can lead to the detriment of your life and death. There are two crucial steps to do while car is plunging into the water.
Before all else, you should escape from the car before it submerges. For example, go to the back of the car in order to find the air to breathe near the rear window because the front part often sinks first. Then, try to crack the rear window, which is the easiest to break, by kicking or using on hand tools.
Second, It is advisable to swim as quickly as possible to the surface. Likewise, try to calm down since it will hold your consciousness. In addition, you should abandon the things which are unnecessary for surviving such as the heavy coat for they will deplete your power to swim to the surface.
You may think a car plunging into the water is not possibly to occur to you. However, it is better way to be prepared, isn't it? Follow the two steps above when it occurs.
