Hi,I'll appreciate if you could check the grammerand consistancy of the following formal letter.

As ...............................Association, we have completed successfully ..................... conference 2011, 12th International .................Conference held on .......... 2011.
In the conference of 2010, we made paper call again after a four years pause and papers were presented by the authors through one of the parallel sessions. Our effort for publishing the papers as a book to create a permanent output of the conference has been completed by March 2011, after a long and bureaucratic procedure.
We believe you will understand this delay and meanwhile we are expecting your valuable support for increasing the number of similar publications.
