Could you help with writing a formal letter?

Is it possible to use such a line in formal letter (a request to the hotel):
'There is something else I'd like to ask you'

And there is something else I'd like to ask. When I finish my letter, having included all my requirements about the room, its location, food, etc., can I right the following: 'I hope the above is convenient' ? Or it's not necessary when I write to a hotel?
