Letter Writing

could you help me with this sentence..

Hi. I am writing a cover letter, I am an architect and wonder if this makes sense (second part) : ' I am aware of the high reputation of XX Architects and - I aspire to your ideals -'
What i want to say is that the company philosophy and ideals are very 'close' to mine own.. I just can't think of correct word..
