Last year this time of the year, I went to China : today is August 10 and I went to China last year August but I don't know the exact day. In this case, is this sentence correct?
Around this time : around 8 o'clock , there are always many people in this mall. Can I say like this? If I don't want to metion the exact time.
Earlier this month : the dates are more like in the second half of the month
Later this month : the dates are more like in the first half of the month
As early as earlier this week : earlier this week at earliest possible
Halfway through the month : in the middle of the month

The grammar is OK, but the semantics are off. I suppose you mean 'as early as early next month', but any native speaker would recast it as 'as soon as early next month'.

I think I'd say eg as early as the start of next month.
