Could you help me with my grammar?

First of all, friends are closer to students than teachers. Usually teachers are seen by students during the lecture. However, friends talk to each other not only during the class time but also after school. If students talk with their friends more, they will be influenced by their friends. According to Education of Department of Germany, teacher has no influence on their students. And I think this situation is accepted by one proverb, out of sight, out of mind.
