Online courses put pressure on students since they find it hard to reach the lectures when they are stymied or confused. However, distance education enables students to spend more time studying, therefore, students' performance in examinations may have improved during lockdowns. The spread of coronavirus contributes to the financial problem of college students. It is explained that they lose part-time jobs due to the closure of restaurants or other services. Another issue is those who come back to their hometown have to pay for accommodation in a big city to maintain accommodation after returning to schools. The last thing is college students suffer from mental health during the COVID - 19 pandemic. The vulnerability of family members to COVID - 19 infection has also emerged as a source of worry. Connections between peers are limited may lead to the feeling of loneliness in almost all students. In conclusion, it is obvious that the COVID - 19 lockdowns have enormous effects on college students.
