Could you help me understand this sentence?

Could you help me understand this sentence?

This sentence is a sentence example from my grammar book:
"I am convinced that you will find none better to advise you, for she has had much experience in industrial negotiations."

I can't figure out the meanings of this part, "you will find none better to advise you."
Could you tell me, please?
