It seems that being creative is very important in nowdays, and many people believe that being creative is a main factor in finding the best solution to a problem. As we know, creativity can always help us to find a different view angle of a problem, thus makes us find out a good solution. So some people believe that being creative is more important than planning carefully in helping us to find the best solution to a problem. Nevertheless, I don’t think so. In my opinion, planning carefully is more useful for us to solve a problem. Here are three reasons provided to support my argument.

First, I think planning is the element of the creative. Without a proper plan, it is hard to find the direction of creativity. It is no doubt that creativity is quite important when we are trying to solve a problem, however, when we trying to be creative, we have to know the direction and what we actually need in detail. All of these ask for us to plan carefully before we start to solve a problem. Without plans, creativity is ineffective.

Second, making a good plan can help us to know the details of the problem, how to work on it, and who we need to deal with the problem. For instance, when an environmental protection organization want to hold an activity, they have to know how much they can affrod, where they can hold the activity, and how many people can help to hold and be attracted to the activity. All these things should base on proper plans.

Finaly, planning can also make us use the resources in more efficient ways. Being creative is meaningful, but not enough. When we have an idea of solving a problem, we also need to make the idea feasible and use all the resources as efficient as impossible. A good plan can help us to meet these demands. Making a good plam is also one of the major abilities of a good manager. In this way, we can see how significant for us to plan carefully.

All things considered, I think planning carefully is more important than being creative in finding the best solution of a problem. So we cannot just focus on creativity, we also need to realise the importance of planning and make a proper plan when we trying to find the best way of some difficult problems.
