Could you help me to check grammar in sentences ?

An interesting book. when you want to relearn how to love and sympathize with someone you can not disregard this book. The honest speeches and reasonable explanation are so fascinated that I can not put it down. Highly recommend for someone who wants to recover a smooth life.
