Could you help me please with my letter of motivation?

Dear Sir or Madame,

As a student of Solicitor Exam Preparation Course in the Pantheon-Sorbonne University I'm currently looking for a six months internship starting in January 2010.

Qualified as a Master 1 of Business law at the Pantheon-Sorbonne University, as a Bachelor of Law and a Master 2 of Economics at the Saint-Petersburg State's University, I would like to extend my theoretical business law knowledge and to make profitable my professional experience acquired in Russia in your company.

My studies in Russia were in the evening time, what allowed me to entry early at the work's market. During five years I had been practising business law in different companies. Thereby, I was working during two years in Law Company where I was especially occupied by creation of companies.

In addition, since July 2005 to August 2008, I was the only lawyer in Russian construction firm. I was particularly in charge of contracts and litigation management. Thereby, I presented my client interests while preliminary contract negotiations, while its execution and in case of controversy between contractors in the commercial court. This experience permitted me to put in use my legal knowledge in the various spheres of business law and to improve my understanding of enterprise management and economics.

This internship would be an opportunity for me to work in the environment where I would like to invest myself entirely. Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
