Could you help me learn english.

I'm Alexander from Russia and i'd like to learn speak in english. but i need to chat with a native speakers. Could someone speak with me? and correct my mistakes=) I study at school in 11 form! and i can't speak english At all!! and i've very small vocabulary! But i want to learn english ! and speak in english! because i think The English language is ???? ? ??????! Key to succes!?
