While some people believe that the key to success is being hard-working and determined, many others place more importance on money and appearance. To my opinion, all of these factors are necessary in life, but I would argue that determination will be the most important for anyone who wishes to achieve success.

On the one hand, having a wealthy background or a good-looking appearance does make it easier for one to succeed. In a materialistic world, employers tend to focus on the smart and fashionable clothes of the employees. People are judged more by their appearance, so looking smart will help to get a good impression on the recruiters. Moreover, in terms of money, having money enables one to conduct their own business and increase their chance of success. With money, one can also get in contact with lots of rich and influential entrepreneurs or sponsors who can help them to get ahead in life.

On the other hand, I strongly believe that determination and attitude towards the job play a key role in our career. If one is willing to work hard and try to devote themselves to the work, their effort will probably be recognized by the employees. As a result, those people will have promising career prospects. Unlike appearance or money, which will wear out in the future, those good qualities can stand the test of time and can be improved endlessly.

In conclusion, while there is a sad reality that people increasingly value wealth and look, I still believe that determination and hard work are the things that bring us success.
