Could you help me check this writing stuff please?

It is a letter to an British primary school ,we two schools are mate schools,the letter is for keeping touch with and as a routine for introducing our recent trends to them.

But here I'm afraid of my poor writing if there are too many grammatical mistakes or practical incorrects anywhere,so I need your helps!

Hi,so nice to see you again,how is things going in your side?

In such a ginkgo- leaf –swirling season here in our school our schedules are refilled with a new plan and which is in progress right the moment. Guess what, another English Festival here took place just a week before!

During this span of the three moths,from Nov to Jan,they lovely children are supposed to learn a lot by through the varied of different activities held in English Festival, so do enjoy the fun of it.

There are items containing ABC gym ,Tips yard,Movie show,Recitation competition/demon and so forth.

ABC gym is a radio gym in content of body –shaping alphabets. Students do it altogether on the playground, consider this, isn’t it a lovely funny looking to catch your eyes on the chubby little kiddos who have their bodies shaped as an O or Q?

Movies here are however needed for begetting immersion in a correspondent ambience of English, thus adopted. And after cutting it into clips, we arrange to play every once per week with quizzes given as the check of their comprehension or at least what they get from the 15-min clips.

The decoration of tips yard is an ornate activity showing the English words and phrases students had learnt before. We circled a specific yard to show their designing tips and cards, no need to say all the stuffs there are written in English only.

In the Recitation show & competition, students are going to give their best shots on the stage after ready preparation, showing their superior skills in pronunciation and recitation as the model of best learning.

Besides there is one more last item arranged before the closing ceremony take place, the gala party, which is nothing but the vitality of the English festival, for everyone is going to melt and enjoy themselves into ,making it the most fascinating game among the all. It’s a party actually contains a number of small games in which as the different check points. In other words, students must go pass the check points, the games, to win the matching bonus tickets however this can be donable only if they managed to work out the issue in teams (groups) otherwise they fail together. And during this party there in school yard strolling a group of students peculiarly dressed as mascots ( or kind of things like that )to cheer the air up which is as a routine we have ever inserted into the entire procedure.

Apart from the sorts of activities meanwhile we have species of different forms matching with these, using for supervision and feedback of the effects after the activities.

So far we’ve many activities finished whereas still many are going on, and these are the latest motions that we are at the moment dealing with. However here listing what happened in our school we are in wonder of things going in your side, in that case we hope to hear from you ASAP,
