Could you help me?

I know "This is the first time that I have vistited New York" or "This is my first visit to New York" sounds most natural.
However, I don't know whether the following A and B are right(because, among even native speakers, some say they are right while other say they are not. And I couldn't find any satisfactory answer by googling).
Could you tell me whether the following sentences are correct?
Also, I like to know whether A must be "It was my first time to have visit New York" if the tense is past.

A. This is my first time to visit New York.
B. This is my first time visiting New York. (How about "This is my first visiting New York?")
